Does Fusion Recovery accept insurance?

Yes, we are currently in-network with Aetna, Valley Health Plan and MultiPlan. We work out-of-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, and United Health Care. But just because your insurance company isn't listed doesn't mean we can't work or won't work with them. We work with many of smaller insurance companies everyday. We will verify your insurance benefits before you start any services with us and let you know what your deductible, co-pays, and costs will be. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. If your insurance policy is an HMO or an EPO it will only cover services provided by your insurance company, you should call them to see who they provide services with unless you'd like to pay our of pocket with Fusion Recovery.

 

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No. Fusion Recovery does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

 

How much does treatment cost at Fusion Recovery?

The treatment plans for each client is different, we design your treatment around your needs and goals! So there is no set cost for treatment. We've priced all of our services affordably so that we can help as many individuals and families as possible. For individuals seeking help, without insurance, treatment can cost as little as $200 per week.

 

What if I can't afford my deductible or co-pays?

Fusion Recovery has financing options available for those who need assistance meeting their deductible, co-pays or financing the entire cost of treatment.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

Fusion recovery accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

 

I work during the day and can't leave for treatment, can Fusion Recovery still help me?

Absolutely! We love working late! We have afternoon and evening appointment times for individual and group sessions but we aren't here on the weekends.

 

What will my first appointment with Fusion Recovery be like?

Typically, your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation. One of our caring expert professionals will meet with you for about 90 minutes to thoroughly assess your situation, needs and underlying issues. You may also take some computerized assessments to help us better understand you. You'll leave this appointment with a complete plan for achieving your goals. We may ask that you provide a urine sample for a drug test. Don't worry! You can't fail the drug test - we just want to make sure you'll be safe if you begin taking any medications or supplements.

 

I haven't stopped using or drinking yet, can I still start treatment?

We understand it's difficult to stop and we don't expect you to do it alone. In fact, for some people, stopping using or drinking suddenly can be very dangerous - even deadly. If we determine, or you request, that you need medical support while stopping we will set that up for you or refer you to an appropriate professional for help. We have a Board Certified Addiction Specialist medical doctor right onsite! You won't need to go far for help but there may be additional fees.

 

Do I have to attend a 12-Step program like Alcoholics Anonymous to receive treatment at Fusion Recovery?

Research has shown that social support is an important part of being successful in overcoming addiction but we don't force that on our clients. We greatly respect Alcoholics Anonymous and acknowledge it has helped many people but it isn't right for everyone. There are many other ways to incorporate social support into your recovery and we support the solution that works best for you - we can even get creative!

 

What happens if I relapse while in treatment?

Almost every other treatment center immediately discharges clients when they relapse. Fusion Recovery does not discharge clients for relapsing. We're not interested in shaming you, but we are interested in figuring out what happened? how can we prevent it from happening again? how can we enhance you treatment to better support you? We don't re-start your entire program and you don't get reset to day one. When we ask the question What can you or Fusion do differently or better? People get healthier.
